The MovNat Level 1 Certification program introduces the fundamental principles, movements and methodology of Natural Movement Fitness. Students learn how to train themselves and others using the MovNat method through home study materials, class lectures, beginner-level practice sessions and competency tests. Whether you’re an enthusiast or an experienced professional, Level 1 is the ideal starting point on your journey to becoming Strong By Nature. All abilities are welcome.

This course will bring your movement skills and coaching ability to the next level. Learn how to teach more advanced techniques, and develop a deeper understanding of movement skills and efficiency. The set of new techniques and knowledge acquired will enable you to challenge your fitter and fittest clients, and better prepare them for even more ambitious, personal fitness goals.
The MovNat Level 3 Certification is our master level course for the most committed and passionate Natural Movement students.
The MovNat Level 3 Certification program is a master level course for students to demonstrate the highest standards of Real World Fitness ability and knowledge. Level 3 requires more athleticism, movement efficiency, mental toughness, and mindfulness to perform advanced movement skills in complex, natural environments. Only the most dedicated and adaptable students earn the coveted Level 3 Certification. Get ready for the hardest training MovNat has to offer. Do you have what it takes?
This 4-day course builds on the fundamental techniques and variations covered in the Level 1 and 2 certifications. Level 3 techniques are more challenging, and demand more athleticism, physical ability, mental stamina, efficiency, and mindfulness. But this course is about so much more than the advanced movements or the higher conditioning levels. It’s truly a mind, body, spirit experience like no other.
