Follow the Leader

Follow the leader. Move how you feel. Rotate the leader every 30 seconds or so.

A good way to take all the skills learned and apply them in a line of continuous movement. We did this for about 9 minutes at the OHM Workshop.

An integral part of any movement practice. The ORIGINAL movement practice! This is, after all, how natural movement skills are first learned. Unfortunately, most modern humans have forgotten how to play. 

Here are a few movement games we played at the OHM Workshop. I learned a few more at the Level 3 MovNat Certification last weekend that I will be including in future workshops and group classes.
