I asked this question the other day in our Facebook Tribe, because I really want to know...


Why do you train?


There was a good variety of answers on that post, and I want to thank you all for your input.


Why do I ask? Because you need to have a WHY for whatever you do in life...


Especially if you’re going to be EXCELLENT at what you do.


You need to have motivations that are BIGGER than you.


That’s the ONLY way for you to have the strength to continue.


Because no matter what you do, there are going to be obstacles.


And if your why is not bigger than the obstacles on the path...


Then you’re going to be stopped and defeated.


If you struggle to find the drive to train everyday,


If you find it hard to get up and get going,


If you’re not sure how much longer you’ll be able to keep up your PASSION,


Then you need to find your WHY.


If you ask me, what is the greatest motivation?


It’s ALTRUISM.


The willingness to help your fellow man, your tribe, your loved ones.


To be altruistic...


NOT to have big muscles just to look good, but...


To be strong so you can be SUPPORTIVE.


NOT to eat healthy just to share a pic on Instagram, but…


To be healthy so you can be HELPFUL.


NOT to have skills just to show off, but…


To be skilled so you can be USEFUL.


If you support others with your strength, you will be STRONGER.


If you help others with your health, you will be HEALTHIER.


If you prove useful to others with your skills, you will become even MORE SKILLED.


This is why I do what I do.


I take all my strengths, my health, my skills,


And I use them to help others get where they want to go.


And I LOVE to do it.


But here’s the catch, I don’t help just anyone...


If you just want to be strong to impress others,


If you just want to look good in your mirror selfie,


If you want to just want to be skilled so you can show off,


Then don’t bother reading on...

Because that’s NOT what we’re about here.


I ONLY help those who are willing to help others.


So if you DO want to be strong to support your tribe.


If you DO want to be healthy so you can show up the best for your family, and send a positive message to your kids and loved ones.


And if you DO want to be skilled so you can prove useful to those who do not have the skills…


But you’re having trouble getting there,


And you’re not currently showing up as your best self for those around you,
