He is a Gracie Combatives and Jiu-Jitsu instructor at Gracie Aurora here in the Denver area so we discuss how and why learning a form of martial arts is so beneficial.
His approach to wellness is based heavily on ancestral practices including nutrition, mindset, and spirituality.
